Ah, so glad to have our kitchen complete. It's been a long three months after we came home to the kitchen disaster following our Christmas vacation. Just to remind everyone, we came home from California in early January to a flooded kitchen due to a faulty dishwasher. So, we got new floors, new painted cabinets, new counter tops and a new kitchen sink. We also got new floors (due to the flooding) in the eat-in-kitchen, formal dining room and down our hallway. The flooring was continuous in these rooms so all got replaced. We decided to do some of the work ourselves, like painting the trim, adding a tile backsplash, opening up the cabinets, painting the insides of the doors, and adding new hardware (including hinges and fun bin pulls.) We replaced the appliances and range hood a few years back so those did not change. But let's get to the pics shall we? We couldn't be happier with the finished kitchen, not only because it's pretty but because we love to cook!
A reminder of what our kitchen looked like when we moved in.
