Vintage birthday party hats

I wanted something fun and festive for my little girl's 2nd birthday party so I made these fun cone party hats.

I found all the scrap book paper at Michaels along with the fuzzy ball toppers, ribbon, and elastic cording.

The template I used is here; however, I did not cut the slit in the side or add the side tag insert.

I used a stapler to attach the sides and a line of hot glue. The hot glue was also used to attach the elastic cording on the inside and the ball on top.

To cover up the elastic cording attached to the inside I also used this pretty masking tape from Cath Kidston.

Can't wait for my little guests to try on their hats!
