Mysterious Art

I have the coolest Brother! Today I opened my mail box and found a VERY cool Art print. I had no idea who sent it, but was really excited to get some new art in the mail. It turns out my brother ordered it for me from Norway. The print is from Sonnenzimmer Art & Print Studio and the print is called "Like Pioneers." The colors are gorgeous. Here is where I decided to hang it, since there is space and the wall color goes well with the colors in the print.

I got the frame on sale at A.C. Moore for just $10!  It was 60% off today so I really lucked out. 

Here is a view standing in the kitchen. I really like how it gives lots of color to this wall filled with mostly grays, silver, and other neutrals.

Right now my pin boards are a blank canvas. I think I will start looking for ideas for things to hang for Christmas. Since my print has pinks and blues, I may try to stick with that color scheme. Maybe some snow flakes or flat ornaments.
